Quality Environment

Quality and Environment

Always committed to ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services while minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment, the Zhendre teams have implemented a quality management system certified ISO 9001 and an environmental management system certified ISO 14001.

This integrated quality and environmental management system allows us to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements to increase customer satisfaction and that of all our partners. To confirm our commitment to being a "responsible company" attentive to environmental respect, an eco-design approach is implemented to reduce negative environmental impacts throughout the product's life cycle. This includes reducing material weight and using non-hazardous substances.

The involvement of all employees, driven by the strong commitment of the Management, has enabled the implementation of a quality and environmental policy established since 1996.

Lean approach

The Lean manufacturing method aims to achieve the best performance in terms of productivity, quality, lead times, and costs.

This continuous improvement approach, initiated in 2010, complements the ISO 9001 quality approach.

Regulation and ATP authorization

The ATP agreement sets out the equipment requirements for international transport of perishable goods and defines provisions regarding the compliance control of temperature-controlled transport vehicles. For domestic transport, national regulations require the use of vehicles with either an ATP technical compliance certificate or a national certification.

As part of our activities, we have been accredited by Cemafroid since 2009 for the manufacturing of equipment. This accreditation covers the manufacturing of crates, tanks, small containers, or thermal packaging, as well as the manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of thermal devices on vehicles (certificate No. D33/003).
