20’ CONTAINER DESIGNED FOR MEAL PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION

This container, adapted for use in campaigns, is designed for preparing and distributing meals in a catering context. In its deployed configuration, it contains all the utensils commonly used for food preparation, as well as hot/cold display cases for serving. All this equipment is securely stowed and protected during land and sea transport. Once deployed in the field at a base camp, it is connected to the tents in which the distribution counters and food warmers are installed, while food preparation is carried out inside the container.

A heating / air conditioning system ensures that an appropriate temperature is maintained in the preparation area regardless of outdoor climatic conditions. A hot water system supplies a large tank for washing cutlery and utensils. Enclosure and equipment comply with food service standards.
